Acceptable Use Policy

The Customer agrees to comply with the following Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") when accessing and using the Platform:

1. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any activities that violate the terms outlined in the AUP, including but not limited to:
   • Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or decipher transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
   • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other harmful software through the Service
   • Impersonating another person, conducting fraud, or hiding one's identity
   • Interfering with the proper working of the Service or bypassing measures used to prevent or restrict access
2. Usage Guidelines: Users must use the Service responsibly and ethically, refraining from engaging in any unlawful activities or violating the rights of others
3. Content Restrictions: Users must not post any User Content that may create a risk of harm, loss, or damage to individuals, property, or the service itself. This includes content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing
4. Security Measures:Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and data, including using strong passwords and reporting any security incidents promptly
5. Consequences of Violations:Violations of the acceptable use policy may result in consequences, including warnings, suspension or termination of service, and legal action if necessary
