Seme Technical and Vocational College is a government Institution that was started with an aim of enhancing provision of TVET programs. Its foundation stone was laid by Dr. Dinah J. Mwinzi,MBS, Principal secretary State Department of Vocational and Technical Training, Ministry of Education on Friday, 7th October,2016.

The college?s management is keen on ensuring that trainees are given state of the art training given the resources that the Government has given us i.e. Manpower and the physical facilities like Lecture rooms, fully equipped computer labs, fully equipped soil and concrete testing labs not to mention the fully automated block making machine for civil engineering courses, among others.
